Check back for updates.。    11月12日，2024年全国大中城市巡回招聘辽宁站活动暨东北三省一区青年人才交流会在沈阳航空航天大学启动。省委常委、副省长张立林宣布活动启动。         　　本次活动旨在促进域内高校毕业生等青年群体高质量充分就业，吸引更多高校毕业生等青年人才来到东北、留在东北建功立业。活动现场，东北三省一区200家重点用人单位进行现场招聘，提供的4992个就业岗位中，机械类、工程类、计算机类、管理类、电气类等岗位需求占比较多，4000余名应届高校毕业生现场求职，达成初步就业意向926人次。举办现场招聘活动的同时，同步开展网络招聘、公共就业服务进校园、“就来辽”直播等活动，累计为近千名毕业生提供政策咨询、就业指导等公共就业服务，线上参与网络直播活动1万余人次。         　　活动期间召开了东北三省一区青年人才交流座谈会，相关领域专家学者、三省一区人社部门和部分高校、企业进行深入交流，分析东北地区就业形势、引才留才环境和发展趋势，围绕进一步优化政策环境、改进服务方式开展研讨。下一阶段，东北三省一区将常态化开展好招聘、培训、人才对接等工作，精心打造区域品牌，培育形成特色亮点，吸引更多青年人在东北就业创业。                   责任编辑：刘春阳。
